Total Wine & More — Valentine's Day Campaign
ABOUT:
TWM Matchmaker is a campaign that was launched on February 14th, with the goal of promoting TotalWine's vast selection and exceptional service in helping customers find the perfect gift for Valentine's Day. The campaign was designed to connect with customers in a fun and lighthearted way, through digital and social channels. Additionally, the creative was flexible enough to be used for Galentine's Day on February 13th, to speak to women who enjoy drinking wine on this occasion.
GOAL:
The objective of TWM Matchmaker was to increase TotalWine's sales on Valentine's Day, despite the fact that it fell on a Friday, which traditionally results in fewer transactions. We aimed to achieve this by leveraging the emotional connection that people have with wine and love, and by showcasing TotalWine's vast selection and exceptional service.
SOLUTION:
To achieve our objective, we created a touch of elegance with rose-colored semi-precious gemstones, which allowed the bottle to be coveted as the centerpiece. This creative appealed to both the traditional Valentine's buyer and the Galentine's day consumer, through its combination of sophistication and playfulness. The campaign was executed across various digital and social channels, which allowed us to reach a broad audience and engage with them in a memorable way.
